Before you begin our semi private personal training classes, you’ll get a complimentary consultation with a personal trainer to assess where your fitness is at now and what you you’d like to achieve. Unlike a Group Training which is a set structure of workouts, semi private personal training offers you a tailored workout with a small group (typically 2-4) for motivation and support. Some people find working in a small group more fun than one-on-one personal training. The more enjoyable you find training, the more likely you are to keep at it.

Everyone has different goals when it come to fitness. For some people, a general workout is ideal, for others, working on a specific area such as cardio, core, or strength training is a priority. Our personal trainer will able to make sure your workout is designed to fit your needs.
We work with clients in the Tweed Heads area. Our Fitness Services run from 5:00am until 7:00pm Monday to Saturday. We can also assist you with your weight loss goals with our Nutritional Coaching and Weight Loss Programs.
