Group training is becoming a popular way to include an overall fitness regime into your schedule. Unlike going to a gym where you must motivate yourself once you get there and then decide on a workout routine group training takes the hassle out of training.
Here’s what you can expect with our group training.
If you’ve tried gym memberships or want a fun training session with a group, group training could be just the right type of fitness program for you. We’ll push you just the right amount to make sure you’re hitting your goals and getting the most out of every session. We’re also there to make sure the exercises you do are done with the right technique to avoid injury.
How is group training different from bootcamp?
Bootcamp training is typically done outdoors, in a park, sportsground, or even at the beach. Bootcamp often lacks the equipment that can be found in a gym, meaning that you get less variation in exercise and even a workout that doesn’t target all areas.
Outdoors might sound like fun in the warmer months, but in the midst of winter or on those cool and rainy days, the idea of training outdoors can quickly lose its appeal.
As you probably already know, fitness is just one side of the coin when it comes to weight loss. If it’s weight loss you’re after, we have Weight Loss Programs and Nutritional Coaching that can pair perfectly with our group training.
