Our weight loss program is a 90-day program (3 months), you can expect to lose weight, tone up, and become fitter. Each month, Cat will help you set achievable goals. Cat will personally check in with you daily to answer any questions and help you stay motivated and accountable, train you once a week, and do a BMI and weigh in once a fortnight.

We offer a ‘come to you’ personal training service between 5:00am and 7:00pm, which means we can come to your workplace, home, park, or beach close to you.
We currently hire out Kirra Hall at the southern end of the Gold Coast close to Tweed Heads and Coolangatta. All equipment (e.g. weights, ropes, HIIT) is supplied.
